Our online Consumer Duty training provides staff at all levels with a detailed overview and understanding of Consumer Duty and its importance.

Our course will take approx. 35 minutes to complete. It's suitable for all members of the team and can also be provided to agents, distributors and critical suppliers. Participants gain a good overview and understanding of what the new Consumer Duty is and why it has been introduced. It explains the Consumer Duty cross-cutting rules, the four outcomes, and incorporates industry specific examples which help participants to recognise how good outcomes can be achieved, or how potential harm to customers can be caused. The training also highlights how firms are expected to support vulnerable customers.

 

Attendance and participation in the training can be used to evidence and demonstrate how you ensure that all members of the team have a good basic understanding of their Consumer Duty responsibilities.
